Offerings
Moss and Meadow Counseling provides Telehealth services to adults (18+) in Washington State. I offer three ways to work with me: Psychotherapy for ongoing care, Clinical Assessments for individuals looking to obtain documentation for accommodations, and Gender Affirming Surgery Letters for folks pursuing affirming medical care. I work through trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and affirming frameworks providing sensitive, wholistic care no matter how we work together. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discover if I’m the right fit for you!
Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual, 53-minute, psychotherapy sessions shaped by your ongoing mental wellness needs. I work through cultural-relational, neuro-affirming, and person-centered theoretical frameworks, blending trauma-informed, body-based, and values-driven work depending on what’s most useful in the moment. I use evidenced-based practices including EMDR, DBT, ACT, and Somatic.
I specialize in working with PTSD/cPTSD, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I also work with anxiety disorders, attachment wounds, chronic illness, disability, minority stress and mood disorders. I hold space for grief, loss, loneliness, and the complexities of relationship issues. I welcome those navigating all forms of trauma including sexual, relational, and religious.
Clincial Assessment
As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling I have a strong background in psychological disability assessment and accommodation. I preform clinical assessments and if applicable, provide documentation for accommodations in school or the workplace. Through an anti-oppressive, non-pathologizing lens, I strive to build a collaborative space to discuss your individual needs and create a support plan to make navigating systems easier.
GAS Letter Writing
I write letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries for folks over the age of 18 living in Washington state. If you need of a letter from a Licensed Mental Health professional, it can generally be completed in a single session (53-minute). Ongoing therapy is not required. Letters are written in alignment with WPATH SOC8 Guidelines with respect for all gender identities and expressions.
